Because CryptoCows operates on public blockchain infrastructure, certain data — including wallet addresses and on-chain transaction history — is inherently public and immutable. We have no ability to alter or delete data recorded on the blockchain. This Policy covers only the data we collect and control directly through our Platform.

We collect information you provide directly (such as your email address, username, and any KYC documents submitted for compliance purposes), information generated automatically through your use of the Platform (such as IP address, device type, browser, and session activity), and publicly available blockchain data linked to your connected wallet address.

We do not collect or store your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet credentials. We will never ask for this information.

• Operate and maintain your CryptoCows account and connected wallet sessions
• Process NFT transactions, in-game purchases, and marketplace activity
• Deliver gameplay experiences, leaderboard updates, and platform notifications
• Detect and prevent fraud, wash trading, exploits, and unauthorized account access
