Introduction

Welcome to CryptoCows (cryptocows.co). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CryptoCows platform, including our NFT marketplace, blockchain gaming experiences, digital collectibles, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

CryptoCows is a Web3 gaming and NFT ecosystem that integrates blockchain technology, digital asset ownership, and immersive gameplay experiences. Our Platform operates on decentralized infrastructure; users are solely responsible for the security of their digital wallets and private keys.

These Terms were last updated on May 1, 2025. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

User Agreements

By creating an account or connecting a digital wallet to the CryptoCows Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation; and (d) you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to applicable trade sanctions or embargoes.

You acknowledge that NFTs and digital assets carry significant financial risk, including the potential loss of the entire value of any asset purchased or earned on the Platform. CryptoCows does not guarantee the value, liquidity, or continued availability of any digital asset. All transactions on the blockchain are irreversible; you bear full responsibility for verifying transaction details before confirmation.

CryptoCows NFTs are digital collectibles that may confer in-game utility within the CryptoCows gaming ecosystem, including the Cyber Wars: GN Mining experience. Ownership of a CryptoCows NFT does not grant any equity interest, profit-sharing rights, or claims against CryptoCows or its affiliated entities. All in-game assets are subject to the rules and mechanics of the game environment, which may be updated at any time.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your wallet or account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. CryptoCows will never ask for your private keys or seed phrases.

Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

• Using the Platform to launder money, finance illegal activities, or engage in any form of financial fraud
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any smart contract, game mechanic, or Platform software
• Listing, selling, or transferring CryptoCows NFTs obtained through exploits, hacks, or unauthorized means
• Impersonating CryptoCows, its team members, or any other user on the Platform or associated social channels
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate NFT pricing, game outcomes, or marketplace activity
• Reproducing, redistributing, or creating derivative works from CryptoCows artwork or IP without written permission
• Engaging in wash trading, price manipulation, or any coordinated scheme to artificially inflate asset values
• Uploading or transmitting malware, phishing links, or any code designed to harm users or the Platform infrastructure
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's wallet, account, or private data without authorization
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so would violate applicable laws or sanctions regulations

Intellectual Property

All artwork, characters, game mechanics, software, branding, and content on the CryptoCows Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of CryptoCows and its licensors. Owning a CryptoCows NFT grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to display the associated artwork for your own use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from CryptoCows content without express written permission.

User-generated content submitted to the Platform remains your property; however, by submitting content you grant CryptoCows a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CryptoCows does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoCows and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets.

Blockchain networks are decentralized and outside CryptoCows' control. We are not responsible for network congestion, transaction failures, gas fees, smart contract bugs, or the actions of third-party wallet providers and exchanges.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which CryptoCows operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable.
